I indeed contacted Sheriff Strain for a job well done!!!! we voted for Strain to implement his policy of picking up and throwing out the criminal element, thugs and "trash" from our parish!! we cant help it is the majority happens to be young black gang thugs from New Orleans who ahve no respect for life or property
