RE: [tupocc-la] FW: [DopeXResistance-L.A.] ICE RAIDS on Western/Santa Monica Blvd and Vine/Santa Mon

Well a gentleman on the KPFK mid day news just said that he had been stopped at an ICE checkpoint at Santa Monica and Western and they asked him for his papers. He said that they had set up a check point there and were stopping people. The man said that they might be there all day, although I just went there after hearing the news and could not see a checkpoint. I did not make it to Santa Monica and Vine though.

There were ICE raids at different houses where immigrants and non-immigrants with criminal convictions resided. Since those tend to be more low key we should know more later.
