CAMPAIGN FOR AMERICA'S FUTURE OFFICE MANAGER
The Campaign for America's Future (CAF) and the Institute for
America's Future (IAF) seek an Office
Manager responsible for managing facilities, internal office
technology, internship program, and reception;
assisting with office move and human resource activities; providing
general support and performing
administrative duties for the Department of Administration and
Finance. This position reports to the Chief

THE RED SOX FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM IN PARTNERSHIP WITH KEYSPAN
The Boston Red Sox are seeking three (3) college graduates and/or
recipients of advanced degrees for the
inaugural Red Sox Fellowship Program in Partnership with KeySpan. The
focus of the Fellowship Program is to
provide an immersion into the day-to-day operations of a sports
franchise and gain insight into the world of
sports. The program provides a new portal into Fenway, creates a new
method to increase diversity in
professional sports, and helps attract talented college graduates
into the industry.
Each Fellow will be assigned to a particular area in the
organization, Business Affairs, Public Affairs or
Baseball Operations. While the Fellows will have numerous
responsibilities in their particular area, they will
also be assigned an intensive, six-month working project that will be
the primary focus of the experience.
The program will also focus on each Fellow's professional
development. The Fellowship class will have weekly
meetings with senior level executives within the Red Sox
organization. Each Fellow will also have an
organizational mentor that will assist in the Fellow's transition
into the Club while serving as a resource.
Additionally, Fellows will work with an Executive Coach who will help
each Fellow identify their strengths and
weaknesses in an effort to develop their leadership skills.
Fellows must have exceptional communication skills and be proficient
in Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint. Fellows are expected to work during peak operation times
including nights, weekends and
holidays. Fellows are not guaranteed employment with the Boston Red
Sox after the Fellowship concludes.

disbursement requests; and provide other Enterprise loan fund product
information to borrowers
• Assist daily office work including, but not limited to: printing,
copying and distributing testimony;

QUALIFICATIONS
• Completed at 3 (three) years at an accredited 4 (four) year college
or university; college graduate or
graduate student preferred

UNITED WAY SUMMER ASSOCIATE
The Accountability Summer Associate will be responsible for reviewing
audited financial statements and IRS
Form 990s for the 160 largest United Ways in the United States.
Associate will follow established review
process and compile data for later distribution to United Way CEOs.
Will compose reports of significant
findings for United Way of America management and local United Ways.
Summer Associates will also
participate in a Summer Associate team project that will enable them
to work on a system wide project and
develop recommendations to effect change. This project is intended to
take between 1-2 hours per week.
Education Requirements: This position is open to undergraduate
students majoring in Accounting who have
successfully completed at least 15 credit hours in Accounting.
Experience Requirements: The ideal candidate will have strong
analytical and communication skills along with
demonstrated leadership ability. Must be able to work both
independently and as part of a team. Other selection
criteria will include demonstrated project management and team
leadership experience, GPA/academic
