Panel OKs Bill for Guantanamo Detainees

WASHINGTON (AP) -- A bill that would allow terrorism suspects access to federal courts to challenge their imprisonment at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, was approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday.
